I offer a 15-minute chat, either by phone or video call, so we can discuss what you are looking to gain from counselling and how we could work together.

Individual Counselling

A 50-minute counselling session that can done via phone or video call. During these sessions we can explore your feelings, set goals and work towards progress.

Cost: £50 per session.
